Robin Felix, Equine Acupressure Practitioner Robin is a certified Equine Practitioner and an Assistant Instructor with Tallgrass Animal Acupressure Institute. She also is a graduate of the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley and a Diplomat of Asian Body Therapies from the NCCOAM. Robin began her equine body work practice 6 years ago with the use of Bioscan Light Therapy. It was through her work with the light therapy that she became interested in Chinese Medicine, acupressure and other vibrational healing modalities. Her practice has evolved to include acupressure, various forms of asian massage therapy techniques like Tui Na, Shiatsu and Thai massage, Reiki and flower essences. When Robin is not practicing and continuing her studies in TCM, she is busy with her two kids, two horses, two dogs, two cats and helping to run the non-profit Hope Through Opportunity. She has also successfully climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro 2 times and Mt. Meru. |

Heather J. Sanders, Wags ‘n Wellness | Canine Holistic Therapies Heather holds certifications in Small Animal Massage through the Northwest School of Animal Massage and Small Animal Acupressure through the Tallgrass Institute. She believes in the integration of Eastern and Western treatments to support balanced health. Heather combines hands-on therapies with advice on herbs, nutrition, exercise, and behavior modification techniques to create a customized holistic plan for each of her canine clients. A member of the International Association of Animal Massage and Bodywork and the SF Raw Feeders, Heather also regularly volunteers with several Bay Area rescue groups and shelters. When not working with other people’s animals, she enjoys hiking and trail running with her furry “children” and her husband. |
