Tallgrass is an Approved Provider of Animal Acupressure Courses by the National Board of Certification for Animal Acupressure and Massage (NBCAAM). Students successfully completing the 300 Tallgrass training program are eligible to sit for the national exam. NBCAAM provides examinations that reflect and uphold the highest professional standards of practice for animal acupressure and massage.
Tallgrass Equine and Small Animal Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced Hands-on Acupressure Courses are PDA approved by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). The Professional Development Activity or “PDA” program was created as NCCAOM’s department of continuing education. The PDA program was created to provide an avenue for NCCAOM Diplomates to earn “PDA Points” (CEUs) for participating in recognized programs that apply toward NCCAOM recertification requirements.
Tallgrass is a National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) an Approved Provider for Continuing Education. Attaining this accreditation requires a rigorous and thorough review of all of the Tallgrass course offerings. We are honored to be accepted by NCBTMB as an Approved Provider of Continuing Education since their standards are extremely high.
